Warning: Dating Sites Are Fakes

If you see or found a hiring position as a 'chat moderator,' then you are seeing a company that hires the said position to deceive people on dating sites. This is a fact because I had seen how they work. They were being paid per message ranging from $0.04 to 0.10. Not that bad, right? However, they simply deceive their customers. Take note these 'chat moderators' will never meet them. Instead, they are just for chatting and drain the customers' money virtually.
Have you joined dating sites lately?
What do you think, guys?

Wow is that so...that is terrible.
I did join a dating site many years ago now. But that was a real one no fraud.
And I did meet one person and was very happy for a while but then it ended.
That was my experience.
I would not do this today however.

I am sure dating sites before are legit ones. Now, some of them became a business per se. I honestly experienced to be a chat moderator. Don't get me wrong about this dirty job. I am so curious about how do they do it. It happened before the pandemic.

@RebeccasFarm But these datings sites that I am referring to are quite nasty. They tend to be so obscene with their words.

Not all dating sites are bad or fake. However, many are scams. While I've researched the most popular ones (excluding Tinder), I never actually joined a dating site. I don't need to, I'm happily married and met my husband the old fashioned way. In-person.
I will agree, that some dating sites are, but it's best if you research them before handing over a credit card willingly.

@Shavkat I can understand the need for sites like that, but nothing beets meeting a person face to face. Quite often, when you're looking someone in the eye, they're less likely to lie to you.

@kaylachan You said it right. It is not most likely to be deceived by good actors behind the computer.

@AmbiePam It is hard to imagine, but it does happen. I cannot deny this fact @JimBo452020 since I tried to be one before.

There are some long established dating sites here that are definitely not fake. Some of the people may end up being fake though...lol..as they are not how they present themselves in real life.
