My Company Likes Minus Sign

It seems that I need to accept the changes in incentives with my company again. Things are getting rough lately. The company keeps on giving minus to our privilege incentives now. Regardless, I am still lucky to have a job online. They are just taking advantage of our weaknesses due to this coronavirus.
Is the company lost its social responsibility?

Same here.
Companies are trying to stay afloat and keep the business running but hopefully it doesn't come to the point that they overlook the needs of their employees.

@Shavkat I have the same thoughts about my company. That is why I've started actively looking for a new job.

Pandemic has hit everything hard. And you are right that having a job in this crisis is good enough for the time.

People always have to consider the business side of things. It seems mean when a company decides to cut benefits or lay people off. But it's not. A lot of people have this misconception that a company has a responsibility to provide a job. The truth is, they have a responsibility to provide their shareholders with profits, AND businesses are not ATM machines. They can only pay what they can pay based on what they earn and they can only employ enough people as makes sense to run the business and make a profit so that ANYONE can get paid. Workers and shareholders alike.
A company that tries to be 'socially responsible' will likely go out of business and then no one has a job at all.
