I was boiling some eggs for the filling of the avocado for lunch.I always put more because I love hard boiled eggs. Suddenly, when I was frying the rice, there was a big explosion. I turned off the gas and one of the eggs was cracked. I took it out and checked it. It was soft boiled. I proceeded to eat it (so delicious) and the rest are still cooking. I have rice on the make and will do some escovitched chicken after I take a shower. I found 4 more pieces of the puzzle in a few minutes. I am brilliant!
