Oriole, that 'tis. I jest dunno which this'd be 's I couldn't get a clear shot 'f this lil beauty. Leanin' to the Baltimore. What say ye?
Either way, 'tis the 'nly sightin' 'f such 'n y'all should know that outside 'f yesterdays beautiful day with the horses, I've been purty much glued to my lil sanctuary fer o'er a week.
Jest plum giddy'n nearly tripped o'er my snoozin' pup when I spotted her. That yellow catchin' my eye. Quite sure such's disappointed o'er the absence 'f grapes. I know I sure 'twas.

thanks :) 've gotten a few more since i posted this. not so much deep shade so hopin' they turn out anyhow. took me o'er 30 years to get the bullock's orioles to nest here. 1 year 'f feral cats 'n the neighbors honeybees to send 'em off. prior, they jest came'n the autumn to partake'n the grape festival. alas, no grapes this year, but did hang 'em out some sugar water'n jelly.
still aint sure which this'd be? definitely not a male bullock's 'n the females usually've more white 's their belly feathers get close to their legs. one'f many mysteries i need to resolve, lol.

depends'n the species :) if'n this 'tis 'ndeed a baltimore, 'tis the first i've e'er seen. the female bullock's feathers turn to near snow white's they get closer to their legs. most perplexin', may need to snag the eyes 'f a biologist to solve the mystery.
'tis a joy to've year round. 'ctually wish we'd built 't bigger, with e'en more tree varieties.

Wow! Would love to see an Oriole. The only yellow bird I've seen is a yellow finch. Nice catch

'twas watchin' a kitten 'cross the pond. makin' a decision 's to whether such 'twas worth the risk 'f a quick bath'n the waterfall. ugh, i feel ya! i've that trouble quite oft. which's why i cheat 'n 've feeders close 'n a camera near. the latter 'f which 'tis quite oft not helpful. by the time i take off the lens cap, get't turned'n, 'nlock the lens'n start to focus - they're gone :)
