Should I Go For Prime Or Not

My Amazon prime membership finished 2 months back or so and now am thinking should I go for it or not. Yesterday evening I saw an offer that I'll receive Rs. 150 cashback offers during the sale starting from 17th October and it's membership costs Rs. 999 a year. But I haven't opted for it because I have already purchased closed to Rs. Rs. 6000 products in past 2 weeks. For your information $1 is around Rs. 73 when I last checked. And I don't have anything planned to shop. Do you believe I should go for prime? Are you an Amazon prime member?

@jstory07 Same as you, I wait to reach a minimum of $30 before ordering and I get free shipping.

@jstory07 @LadyDuck I do the same but sometimes it's difficult when you have all other things and cannot get a specific product even if it's at discount

If you are really into Amazon Prime and like what it offers you, you can go for it. It does have some offer at shopping too there at Amazon. It should be your call depending on how much you use it or like it

I think it's worth but I need to see if I'll be getting the required products without any delivery charges because sometimes they ask us still to make the cart value of minimum Rs. 500

@Butterfingers That depends on your planning for the future. I still prefer to wait to reach an order or $30 or more so that I do not pay the shipping.

I am, but I think it isn't that worth it. In September they took down all Marvel Studios movies, and so other content. I would go with Netflix.

I guess it depends on whether you think you will get your money's worth. I have only had it when they have the free trial memberships. I do order pretty often from Amazon, but probably not enough to make a membership worthwhile.

If you buy grocery plus other things regularly - on an average of once per week or once per two weeks. Then you go for the Prime Membership. Else give it a skip.

@Butterfingers A few things are slightly economical but the advantage is when you regularly buy Grocery as I am doing these days. Else there is not much advantage.

I have noticed that things are actually not cheap on Amazon if we don't find any cashback deals

I don't prefer the prime video so it'll be only for shopping if I opt for it
