That is our lunch for the day. I am having lunch now with my daughter with my home made egg sandwich and French fries with sour cream flavor. It is already quite a late lunch at 2:30pm. I missed eating egg sandwich already. What kind of sandwich do you like?

When we were in college we make instant egg sandwich by using salted egg and mayonnaise instead of hard-boiled eggs.

usually a slice of bread with avocado, or tahini. Maybe an omlet, tuna or humus.

@rakski it is made of pure sesame seeds. The seeds get processed: getting grated and squeezed. It makes an oily mash brown gray. With some water mixed it becones less sticky, less meshy. healthy with a lot of calcium and iron.

@rakski Cucumber sandwiches are what British use to serve with tea in the afternoon. I like to add some salmon spread on the bread instead that only butter.

Sounds good! Walmart & Target has deli cut sliced meat very good prices! But, my absolute favorite is deli corn beef deli slices, when I can afford it. Slather on mustard and have some fries, yum!
