In my country, we can offer so many dishes that can be flavorful for some people. That's the exciting part of being a food adventurer. But then, we still need to be cautious in eating foreign cuisines since our tummy can be sensitive to them. Personally, I do not have a taste of too spicy food. When did you first taste your favorite dish? What is a famous dish or dishes in your city or province? Image Credit: recipes.pinoytownhall.com

@Shavkat I have lots of favorite dishes its a mix between local dish and from other countries. I came from Central Luzon and in our place there's a lot of sumptuous meals.I love adobo, bistek, sinigang, curry dishes and more. Central Luzon is known for dried fish , tuyo, crabs and shrimps. Any dish that includes them is fine with me.

I am drooling over dried fish. I am sure they are pricey at present.

The foods are so foreign to me. But I know that most foods in Italy are must be tasted by the foreigners.

@Shavkat The food served in the north of Italy is very different from the south. The northern population is wealthier, we serve meat, the south is more pasta and pizza.

I am trying to have a taste of spicy Korean food. But I need to control myself. The reason is that I do not want to have hemorrhoids.
