@Shavkat I have lots of favorite dishes its a mix between local dish and from other countries. I came from Central Luzon and in our place there's a lot of sumptuous meals.I love adobo, bistek, sinigang, curry dishes and more. Central Luzon is known for dried fish , tuyo, crabs and shrimps. Any dish that includes them is fine with me.

I was born in Milan (Italy) the famous dishes of my city "Risotto Milanese" (risotto with saffron) "Cotoletta alla Milanese" (breaded veal) Panettone (cake) Ossobuco, minestrone (a vegetable soup), Cassoeula a sort of stew made with several parts of pork meat and cabbage.

@Shavkat The food served in the north of Italy is very different from the south. The northern population is wealthier, we serve meat, the south is more pasta and pizza.
