Wet Sunday morning.... Waking to this beautiful view.

Happy Sunday morning here. It's 8 AM and still drizzling. The rain started Saturday afternoon and it's still heavy pour and drizzling taking turns 
We woke up to a real wet morning. And this is the view you get from my master bedroom's sliding door as soon as you set the curtains aside. Isn't it lovely
Well I have shared many pics of my terrace and balcony plants but not this side. This is the small gazebo we have. And it's a perfect place for party, get together and barbecue. We have a portable barbecue. 
You can see the wet terrace and the drizzling going on. In this area I have kept most indoor decorative plants and those that don't create a lot of mess. Because husband uses it to sit out and work for some time daily. And this is my favorite breakfast spot. And on sunny day we do get some Vitamin D doses while having breakfast.

how lovely to've such off yer bedroom. i can see the allure 'f such beckonin' one out'n pleasant days. lovely 'rray 'f plants, lots 'f textures 'n colors to please the eye. jest pack that rain'n send such this direction, k? wouldn't 't be grand if' such a feat could be.

@arunima25 i wish such to, 's i've 'bundant sunshine here. we could do a swap, eh? half'n half, lol. 'tis sure a blessin' to wake each day to such.
here i've my lil sanctuary which took years to build 'n grow, though i've not such a view from the bedroom. i do've a wall 'f windows 'cross the back'f the house though, where such can be 'njoyed. very soothin' to the soul with most any weather.

I wish I could pack the rain and send it there. We had a continous one since Saturday afternoon. It's either pouring or drizzling. We need a bright sun for some break from this wet gloomy weather.
I love my bedroom for this view. And every morning when I set the curtains aside this view welcomes me.I feel good to see that my garden is gorgeous and plants are responding to my love and care.

I agree. We have a spacious penthouse with two floors... Spacious enough to be maintained. We bought it a long time back almost 18 years back but were in US renting it for almost 11 years. From last 7 years we are staying here. I love to have plants. And looking at the skyrocketing prices of apartment glad we bought it then. Now they don't come up with much penthouse here.

@just4him We get plenty of rain throughout year. I have to keep shifting plants between shade and outdoors. Too much of rain also kills some of them.

It is a lovely view to see such pretty flowers so close to your bedroom.
It's Sunday morning here. Recently returned from a game of tennis with hubby. It's a beautiful sunny day here, so we will go for an afternoon walk in the neighborhood to observe the color changes in the leaves. Every day they get more beautiful.

I remember how I used to go out to see those fall colors when I was in US. We don't have that here. I miss it.

I would say my terrace garden is an asset of my place. This view shows my gazebo and decoarative plants. I have roses, hibiscus, flowering plants and veggies on the other side.
