Zoom zoom meeting again

Last time I was frustrated because mom couldn't hear anything on her phone while using the zoom app. And then they shut her video down while the speakers do their thing.
This time i was prepared and download this app on the laptop. But despite being prepared her meeting got cancelled yesterday. And there is this issue about the password not working minutes before the meeting starts.
The meeting resumed this afternoon though it was successful, she needs a blue tooth head set though.
What do you think about these zoom meetings?

Zoom is very helpful. It bridges people, busineses, companies to do conferences while away from the physical workplaces. I thank God for the gift of technology.

@Letranknight2015 that is right. New normal. We use Zoom for meeting after Sunday service. And we use FB live to listen to the pastor's preaching.

Getting used to it as it is our means to communicate with one another. l think that this will be the new normal now that pandemic is ongoing. My wife uses it on her online classes as teacher. My son also uses this for his online classes as a student.

I like zoom meetings when they work. But whenever there are technical issues, it can become a pain that I would rather just take the discussion through emails or a phone call. Prior to COVID, we have been using a similar app because I oversee different states/location, and it will not be practical to travel whenever we have a meeting. So when we went online for most of our communication needs, it was not that big of an adjustment.

Hello @Raine38 It's dangerous to even travel because of covid. No one's a big fan of adjustment, but we had to adapt to the situation.

They come in handy in this Covid-19 times. I haven't used it myself because I don't have a reason why yet.
