Delicious food. Trout with mayonaise.

Dixie brought a giant piece of trout. It took all my iron skillet to fry it, no oil.
We had so much food that, among other things, we did not eat part of the trout. Today I made mayo.
I thought I was going to eat it with rice (another leftover) but it was too much. I ate the trout (not all of it) with mayo while watching TV. (CSI Crime Scene Investigarion rerun).
I also placed together maybe 10 pieces of my puzzle. Humberto said yesterday that it would take me forever to finish it, but I don´t think so.

The "good guys" come to see it all after the crime is done. They have to discover who did it.

Thank you. Ir was a real treat. I don´t usually buy expensive fish. They are not in my budget.
