Which body part do you wash first when you take a shower?

When I'm taking a bath the first thing that I wash is my legs. I want to feel how cold the water is. If I can handle the coldness of the water then the next one is my head but if I can't handle the cold then I'll go to my body next, just a few water first until I feel numb to the cold.

I take a bath, first is my face and torso, the legs are the last that I rinse with the shower when coming out from the tub.

@Timex123 it's in the Ayurveda. If we start from head it's not good and when we put water on our feet our body will slowly adjust to our body temperature

We have to know what's the temperature if our body can cure yet or not.

I wet my feet and legs first to get used to the water temp. Then I wash my hair and whole body.

Ok that's a good thing because our hands are sensitive to the temperature
