Do you believe that every human being has three masks? The first mask is the mask he shows to friends, co-workers, and people who just met. The second mask is a mask that he shows only to family, close friends, soulmate, relatives. And the third mask is a mask that he never shows to anyone but himself. The mask referred to here is personality, or how to behave. Do you agree with my statement?

Yes I agree. I am always reminded about the statement
Be good in public
Be best in private

The mask you are describing is similar to the concept of the Johari Window model where there are parts of the self that may either be known/hidden to yourself and to others. I agree with such illustrations as personality has many facets that make it complex and comprehensive.
