cleaning the house

Cleaning the house is a never ending business. In fact, cleaning just one part of your house may take hours. How much more those who live in big houses? For sure they spend days on cleaning the entire house. How do you handle household chores?

@Janet357 Mopping floors and vacuuming can burn 170 calories per hour, those are the most calories consuming house works. Carrying the shopping up the stairs can burn up to 440 calories an hour, there is where I consume so many calories, up and down those stairs inside our home.

It is nice to have a big house , but.the cleaning,.whaaa,.it will exhaust you.
