Ive been doing some stamping today

I've been doing some stamping today with my stamping platform. I stamped some sentiments on some stained glass aperture cards I made, and then I stamped some other things to make into Christmas cards.
I also stamped some things that were not related to Christmas. I stamped a squirrel and a fox which i will make into birthday cards.
I also stamped a sea scape scene with a large stamp which came out better than I expected it to. Sometimes with large stamps like that you get bits that don't stamp properly even if you have a stamping platform.
It was a very productive day.

Yes it is. They are clear stamps and rather than having them on a wooden block or placing them on an acrylic block I use a stamping platform. This is like a hinged board where you put the paper on the bottom, place the stamp where you want it to go, and then close the lid so that the stamp attatches to it. Then you can stamp the image without worrying that if it goes wrong you won't be able to get it in the same place to go over it again, it will always be in the same place. The paper is also held in place with magnets.

Yes, it is. When the card is standing up and the light shines on the picture you get that coloured projection in the inside of the card.
