Office Politics

People in this world has different color and nature. Some people can't hide how jealous they are. Some talk behind back and we just can't help them. We call it office politics where people talk or bite behind back. This is really very bad as I follow religious views so I consider this kind of activity as sinful act. I try my best to stay away from this kind of politics where people talk bad things behind back but as an office stuff more or less I have to listen and I'm a victim and sure those people talk behind my back. Anyway as a human being I feel bad on such things but I know I should ignore all these things.

@Shavkat well NGO workers are friendly and helpful and there is no partiality and salary pending issues as far i know
