Boiled Sweet Potatoes

I have seen that Sweet Potatoes Are very popular in India like in other countries too but the only difference is it's popular in boiled form and don't see many in India cooking it in any other way but have observed from posts on here that people like it baked too. Today I took boiled ones. How do you like Sweet Potatoes?

Are you referring to "Shakarkandi"? We do have them sometimes and with Chaat Masala(spice)and at times with Tamarind-Imli.

I love sweet to boil delicious taste, in Indonesia there is sweet potatoes in the sweet taste of 3-4 hours, full of fiber and healthy

Most of the time it is boiled. Other times it is cut into slices or cubed and covered with generous amounts of brown sugar and then deep fried.
