As seen on TV: My sumo slicer. / myLot

Today, a young man with a big mask came with a package for me. It was my sumo slicer.

I don´t know whether I will grate a potato and make a fried grated potato patty or if I´ll grate half a carrot and mix it to make a potato carrot grated fried patty

But first I will have to wash the gadget. Right now, it is spreading COVID 19 over my dining room table while I put together the pieces. I´ll go to eat a different lunch. I just HAVE to use my slicer. Wish me luck, friends.

The fried grated potatoe patty sounds like a hash brown. I wash everything that comes into the house especially Amazon packages.

I lately have a spray bottle with water and chlorine. I spray although I don´t know if it works

You will have to let us know what it can do and what it can't! I find that mine doesn't deal with apple skin or potato skin well but I think that yours is a different make (mine is hand-held) and may have sharper blades.

I don´t want it to peel veggies. I am peeling my potatoes leaving a lot of potato in the skin to make the delicious baked potato peels. As for apples, I mostly use them to cook. hat I want is slices, salads with grated veggies. Well see.
