Headache Subsiding

I am glad that the headache I had is finally starting to subside. It thankfully didn’t turn into a Migraine, I think I nipped it in the bud before it turned to that. Honestly I think this may be sinus related, because in the next few days we are due for a cool down, and several days of rain starting next week I believe, so I am grateful for that, and hoping it comes to fruition.
I’m still working on the word count for today, other than that though, not a lot going on.

I have heard that headache could be easily remedied if its causes are identified and avoided.

Mine was from the change in the air pressure not sure how I can control that

Do you get migraines very often? I had a headache every day for a year until I was finally diagnosed with them. But I guess mine are chronic rather than classic. I've tried several meds, side effects were worse than the headaches! I have an appt with my Neurologist Thursday for my first Botox injections. What do you use for your headaches?

I take Excederin for mine, and use a headache balm, I get from Old Town
