We're Going to End Up Just Like Them

No we don't like the idea. But Trump, even though he's 70+ years old, still acts like a rude kid and enjoys name-calling. A lot! SO he throws out words like socialist, antifa, far left, and does his best to make them sound "threatening" or "ominous" and especially "treasonous". [i]Bullies enjoy fear-mongering.[/i ] There are people who will argue that Trump has done a lot of good, even great things, since he has been in office. Of course, he has done … some good things. Don't you get it? That's how it happens. A person who takes a position where they THINK they have power … THEY HAVE TO DO SOME GOOD THINGS. They have to be able to point at some kind of accomplishment. It's part of creating“the illusion of progress” and painting a picture of their “good intentions and patriotism”. Those “good things” also serve as a distraction. While you're looking at that, you don't notice him wielding that pickaxe and chipping away at the FOUNDATION LAID BY OUR FOUNDING FATHERS. If you challenge him during an interview, to try to get some STRAIGHT ANSWERS, he walks out on the interview and tweets about how terrible you are. That's how it happens. You don't wake up one morning and there's a RED DAWN! That only happens in the movies. The erosion is subtle, sinister, and methodical. Do I dare say it? Yes, I will. It's DIABOLICAL!! Why do I keep saying these things about Trump? Truthfully? I keep hoping I'm WRONG! I'm hoping the future won't pan out the way I predict and people will point me and say: YOU CRAZY! NONE OF THAT HAPPENED!! And I'll be so happy. Then I can go to my grave in peace.
