Good morning

It is a great morning here. I have woken up healthy but anxious because I did not wake up to do what I had planned to do when the alarm woke me up. I woke up and continued watching movie that I was watching last night instead of writing an article like I had planned. So I felt so bad and started to criticize myself and I became anxious and sad. But a better thought came to me, "I can train my mind to be whatever I want to be instead of sitting here and damning myself over this one mistake." And that is what I am going to do. No more overthinking, making myself anxious and critisizing myself over my mistakes. I am just going to be more self forgiving and train my mind to be whatever I want to be. How are you doing in your mylot land?

I think it is a very good idea to be self-forgiving. You need to be your own best friend and forgive the mistakes you make from time to time.

Good morning, It's good to waked up with healthy mind. Over thinking has never to do goodness in our life. Before I'm like that also but i tried to be positive no matter what. I'm doing good here. Have a great day.
