What Did We Do To Deserve This?

We have had endless days of rain that on one really wanted. I ever tried to give it away a few times but no luck there. It took up position right over top of us... and stayed. And then this morning happened!
After days and days of endless rain, we woke up this morning to a beautiful morning. There is fog laying over the village that I know is down there somewhere and later this morning I plan on going for a nice long walk. I won't even need the coat that is one step below the parka!! Yes, I have been tempted!!
Next week all of that changes. But we won't go there!!

lucky gal! yepperz, my neck 'f the woods's one 'f the places ya tried to send that glorious rain. seriously, we need to sit down'n chat a bit 'bout that. no rain, jest keep gettin' the cold fronts. 'nother blew'n last night. 'twas a high 'f 82 yesterday. fed my ponies their supper wearin' a tank top. 'tis currently 33 degrees (f), winds blowin' 20-25, gustin' to 40mph. 'twas not predicted, 'twas said to be 86 today... got 'nother front (perhaps from yer rain thingy?) comin' sunday night late. high monday 'twas to be 38, now they're sayin' 20-somethin'.... so, 'njoy yer day fer me. 'tis jest plain ugly here today.

Oh... how awful. I really feel for you. I was really hoping that some of that rain I sent your way was paying attention. Here, for the day at least, it's sweater weather. Not quite 82 degrees (I do remember what that felt like) but by early next week, they are calling for snow. How horrid is that? Snow is supposed to fall on Christmas Eve (which it did in England on my honeymoon eons ago) and maybe a little Christmas Day... but that is it. I don't need anymore than that!

@Hate2Iron the cold'd not be so bad if'n not fer the winds. jest cuts right through ya. we've 'pposedly snow comin' monday. they keep changin' such so's i can't keep track. jest know 'tis not gonna be pleasant fer man nor beast. so, i feel fer ya!
yepperz, white Christmas's 're a thing 'f magical beauty. we're prone to t-shirt weather fer such, followed by a blizzard, lol.

Ah you didn't do anything. The rain gods just got mad at someone else who diverted their attention. LOL
