Good Morning, myLot ! 10-23-20

Today is my middle nephew's birthday. I think he is 13, but I could be wrong. 
I have a pain in my lower right back that I tried to take care of with heat last night, but it didn't seem to work. I will try it again today, and if it doesn't work, I guess I'll have to call the doctor to see if they can figure out what's going on. 
Otherwise, I'll try to do things that need to be done around the house for as long as I can.
Hopefully can get more than "Good Morning" and "Good Night" on here today.
