Strava cycling challenge

Chicago, Illinois

Strava has this cycling challenge this month that has me anticipating getting in my bike rides. It is titled 'Velocio: A Better Way Every Day', and it requires me to ride at least 30 minutes for four days a week for two weeks. So far I have been on a streak riding every day. I will be flying into Dallas Texas tonight, and thankfully my hotel has a fitness center, so that I can get my ride in on the stationary bike. For any of you out there that loves to workout, how is everything going with you during this pandemic?

Easier to navigate on here. I logged onto Bluefire once and felt overwhelmed.

Good luck with that. I hope it goes well. I'm fine. I'm doing a lot of reading, watching TV, Facebook, making hand made cards and earrings, cooking, oh, and MyLot. Have a good night and a great weekend.

Great job with your cycling. Lots of good exercise. Stay safe out there Thomas. Nothing happening here with COVID.

I just take for a walk everyday for 60 minutes in the morning and another 60 minutes late in the afternoon. Yesterday I completed 7.74 kilometers with 1,455 calories burned.

Not bad! I love to incorporate walks in after my runs.
