Thomas Gouard No it is not used on treadmill it is used by using Strava which has a GPS feature on your phone. You use it outside, choosing your own preferred route.

Thomas Gouard Doing a 4x4 one which is an additional two weeks. At this moment I just finished my first week of completing my 4 workouts. They force me to go 20 minutes per workout. Like always, it becomes hectic with my work schedule

Thomas Gouard I am always nervous on the last day completing it. Just finished a New York Road Runners challenge, and I had so many mental barriers. My stomach ached, it was cold outside, and I kept looking at the distance because I thought my GPS would lose signal.
