Thank You for Giving me Ideas

on how I prepare my brussels sprouts last night for dinner. Your ideas are great. Some of them I have not tried yet before but I am saving those ideas for the next time I cook my brussels sprouts.
I have stir-fried my brussels sprouts together with other vegetables that I should consume before they land in the bin. My potatoes started to have roots and so I included them in the stir fry.
I stirfried the garlic, onions, ginger roots, smoked sausages, brussels sprouts, potatoes, bell peppers and spiced them with soy sauce, pepper powder and spring onions. I was creative again in cooking. It was a delicious dinner. We still have a leftover for our dinner today.
Do you know that adding ginger root slices to your brussels sprouts, cauliflowers, broccoli or cabbage can avoid having you producing too much gas? I didn´t know that before until I have experienced that. I used to have a bloated stomach and produced a lot of gas when eating those veggies. Thankfully, I don´t have that anymore.

@everwonderwhy I will be baking a cake tonight. An acquaintance ordered a moist chocolate cake for tomorrow, Saturday. Now I have to think of how will I decorate it.

It looks so delicious, the colors make it so appetizing :-) I also like stir frying it with beef or chicken.
Thank you for the info to use ginger for cabbage as I often getting my stomach feel full after eating it :-)
