It is difficult to accept that I will have to change my life.
I discovered yesterday that the muscles of my legs were gone and basically because I need more exercise.
So every day I will now walk for 15 minutes in the morning and another after lunch. That, to begin with.
I will now go for breakfast and then for my walk. Tomorrow I´ll walk for 20 minutes.
These are my new goals, friends

It's good to walk multiple times a day and is a great exercise
