Its almost November now. And it will be a year since the first Covid case was detected. A year that has changed our lives like no other. While many of us have been working from home for most part of this year there are many who have lost their jobs. And we cannot forget those who lost their lives and some who committed suicide due to various problems caused due to COVID. Just hope all of us and our family members remain safe. And hope none of your have suffered any losses this year.

I agree. So far, my family and friends have remained safe and are doing everything we can to remain so. I hope you and your family remain safe, too.

Me and my family are safe. Though some of them have lost their source of income and going thru a rough phase. A few of my friends have lost their dear ones.

@DianneN Since I am working from home I am safe for now coz I don't have much time to interact with the outside world. Just regularly go for walks near my apartment where there is no crowd.

A lot of changes happened throughout the year. Lots of my friend lost their job. Some move back as they can't no longer afford the cost of city life. At least we're still surviving here.

For those of us who have survived till now we should be grateful. Just hope things start improving now and not getting worse.

I hope the government could find a permanent solution. Many of my friends lost their jobs because of this pandemic. I wasn't able to go home in my place for 6 months because we can't go through the border and we are also considering our safety. I was able to go home when I learned how to drive and bought a second hand car. But currently, I prefer to stay in this place where I work to be safe.

I too have not been able to travel anywhere for last seven months. I feel safer at home since I have been working from home itself since the lockdown started here. And unfortunately my son also does not get much chance to visit me as travel is a bit difficult still.

You are so right. It has been a year and we are still so helpless before this nasty virus. Somewhere we learn our lesson hard that we can not self proclaim to be the best and supremo in Nature. We learn to be humble. I wish this virus to go away.
