Hey mylotters!

October 27, 2020 11:13am CST
Good afternoon you guys! How you've been? I have been missing in action for like 48 hours due to work. I am on the night shift so you can imagine I get home wiped out and the last thing in my mind is mylotting. I wish I had more energy but there's a lot of work at night so I just get home at 6:30 in the morning, take a shower and jump right on the bed. I woke up an hour ago, made a quick lunch, and now I am just catching up with you all. I am going to clear out all my notifications, comment in a few posts, and get back to sleeping so I feel more rested for work tonight. Thank you app for still remembering me, if you do, if not, don't worry it is okay! Haha Have a blessed day!

@jvicentevalera I bet the only thing on your mind after work is sleeping. So how is the new job going?

You nailed it dear Hanni. I work from 9 PM to 6 PM fo this week, and I get home at 06:30am so I take a shower then jump to bed. Regarding your question, it is going well so far, there's some days more challenging than others. But I am used to my job now.

Thank you Jim. One never gets used to night shifts, they can be tiring. I am a little used to night shifts because I used to work at hotels, one works work shifts.

I know that you are new to the role and probably still learning something every day, that can be tiring. You keep on doing what you can, we will wait patiently.

I am back at work after my computer was damaged by Hurricane Laura in late August. My replacement computer was set up this past Wednesday afternoon. I was offline for two months since it took at least six weeks for internet and cable service to be restored by the City Of Lake Charles.

It must've been so frustrating not being able to use the internet and the computer. I am glad to hear you're back.

@jvicentevalera It was frustrating not able to work during the blackout period. At least when the electrical power came back on, it was video games that filled the void.
