Springtime is here again, friends. Good morning.

Yesterday we did several chores at home in spite of the weather. Today I´ll take care of some over ripe bananas and I´ll make a banana bread. I will also roast a chicken that I got out of the freezer to thaw. I´ll probably eat a drumstick for lunch and I´ll make some rice. How is your day going, friends?

We went out grocery shopping very early this morning. The day is warm and beautiful. We had a risotto for lunch, I think I will prepare fish fillets for dinner.
