Tuna and rice / myLot

I did easy cooking today for lunch. I just opened a can of spicy tuna, sauteed it with garlic, onion and slices of tomatoes. I missed tuna.. Also, my energy to move around is limited. Am just thankful, my husband is very supportive. What is your lunch for today? How do you prepare canned tuna?

That sounds delicious. Enjoy your food. I made chicken popcorn for my kids, sauteed salt fish with tempe and chili. My mom sent me sauteed water spinach.

I basically put everything (ie: rice, chicken, garlic, condiments, pandan leaf, ginger & some spices) into the rice cooker and make chicken rice. For veggie just tomato and cucumber. I hardly make food with canned tuna. It's quite pricey. But I did try make some kimchi pancake with it once. It's a failure due to my technique

I made pasta with a spicy sauce for lunch. I like to make croquettes with potatoes and canned tuna.

I've never had canned tuna with rice. I might have to try that! Me and my little guy and veggie burgers. I have to make them a little extra crispy or he won't eat them lol
