Day 84 Promise 543 John 17:20 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; 21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. 22 And the glory which thou gave me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: 23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me. Do you pray? Do you pray for yourself or others? Jesus prayed before He went to the cross. He prayed for His disciples that God to keep them in the world. Then He prayed for those who would believe their testimony and accept Him as Savior and Lord. As Christians, you know He prayed for you that your faith would remain strong. He prayed that you would be complete in Him so the world would know He lives in you and He sent you. He prayed for your oneness in Him. Jesus’ prayer showed the promise of the Father to keep you in His care. John 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: 28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. 29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand. (KJV) You are in the Father’s hand and nothing can separate you from the love of the Father when He abides in you. You are perfect, complete in Him when He lives in you. Let’s pray: Father, thank you for Your love that fills my life with Your power. Help me remain in Your love, complete in You so people will know I belong to You. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
