I must say I’m grateful the rent is paid, we are not due until the 10th but always pay it between the first and third, the PGE is paid, though I am still going to have to call them to get that straightened out, internet, cable and phone as well as cell phone are paid. I’ll do the grocery shopping after Monday or Tuesday of Next week because there is talk of another outage on Monday, because they are nuts lol!
I did not sleep well last night. So I’m going to just relax for awhile, got Quesadillas for Little Miss and I...So if she gets hungry all she has to do is heat it up lol!

That's such a blessing being able to pay what needs to be paid. =)

I always wonder if it is cheaper to rent at your end? I find most Americans opt for paying rent.
Honestly, as investment property, it is no longer making sense out here. But it is a more reliable form of income, with interest rates on bank deposits having slipped from 10 to 5 percent. To think just two years ago, rents were increasing at the rate of 10 percent per annum, it did make sense to own a home back then, but now, returns are not making sense. Hope this is a temporary phase. I fear putting my retirement nest egg in banks. We have had one scam too many to cope with.
