Good day friends
Here I am again. I am currently preparing vegetables and fish, I feel hungry, so I hope that the food will help me feel better.
I will not train today, but I will continue tomorrow. It's cloudy here, but it's not cold. I hate weather like this, but it's getting better from the rain.

@Nevena83 no ma'am, currently'n a liquid diet coz i oopsed 'n partook'n a pre-cooked chicken (the hubs purchased such) that's the gut most 'nhappy. 'twas gluten free, but come to find out such'd soy.. will take a while to heal the gut from that.

3 eggs
a cup of yogurt
1/3 cup oil (sunflower, peanut or corn)
teaspoon of salt
bag of baking powder (1 and a half teaspoons)
13 full tablespoons cornmeal or polenta
about 150g of white cheese (or someone of your choice). Spinach can also be added. Mix all this and put it in muffin tins or in a baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes at 200 ° C.

I have never tasted Chinese food. I’m not sure I’d like it, because they eat insects too.
