Daylight savings Time is when the clocks are set back each fall, to Standard Time, and advanced for Daylight savings Time. In San Jose, we started Daylight savings on November 1, the day after Halloween. The first countries to have Daylight savings are Germany and Austria-Hungary,a little over a century ago. A lot of people are inconvenienced by changing the time. California State Assemblyman Kansan Chu,a former San Jose city council member, proposed keeping Daylight Savings year round. Do you have daylight Savings Time.Do you like it?

At work, we follow US timezones. And I get confused which schedule I follow whenever the DST changes.
By the way, the Philippine government proposed DST but it was not followed and it was abolished. Now, the country uses one timezone.

So in some places it could still be dark mid morning?

That is convenient.Since we only have Standard Time for 4 months now, I don’t even change all my clocks.

We are on daylight savings time here in NZ. I think it started 2 or 3 weeks ago. Personally, I don’t like daylight savings time because it causes confusion.
