I lost it!

The last pound, that is.
I am now at a weight that I haven't seen in many years. I've already set my next goal on the fitbit app. I decided to go for another 25 lb lost and then adjust it from there. I drank my ACV with lemon water this morning and then went on a walk. I plan to do a lot more walking today, though this time I will be doing it inside.
I may even get out the little pedal exercise thing that I found (thought I put it down to big trash day...) and use it a bit too.
How did I celebrate? Well, I ate a 3 net carb atkins bar for breakfast and walked more!

I've always been told that it's hard to lose after 30, but with this keto lifestyle it's worked out wonderfully for me.
If i'm being honest, I don't think I've been the weight I am now since 2011.

It is okay in small doses. You do not want to drink a lot of it. I use one teaspoon or less in my water. I do need to start taking it every other day instead of every day though.

@Cheyee I know there are people who do take it every day. A few years ago I read about a woman who used to drink the ACV without anything to dillute it. I don't think I could do that. She would drink a whole bottle!

@ScribbledAdNauseum I see. I think it's too corrosive to take it everyday.

Yes it did and it will feel even better when I shed these last 25 lbs. I pushed myself this morning to walk further than I normally do.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Oh brrr! But I used to love walking in the early morning - all bundled up - and it often set me in a better mood for the rest of the day.

@much2say I am in a cheerier mood after walking early in the morning. I"m crocheting a cowl that I can war alongside my hat and hoodie when walking so early. I know it will soon be far too cold to really walk.

It's around 35-40 degrees in the mornings. I go that early instead of later so that I can get my day started after I've walked.
I bundle up in a hat and hoodie with a long sleeve shirt underneath.

Yeah, citrus / acidic drinks and food can do a number on the stomach. I need to be careful with the ACV.

Oh, I plan to! I've been walking a lot inside today as well. My step goal is 250 every hour but I've been exceeding that.

No, it's not. I'm just at my first goal, but I know I can get down to the weight I should be at.
