So, I was going to have scrambled eggs for breakfast today, but instead I decided to have them for dinner.
I've never made scrambled egg before so this was a new experience for me!
I cracked two eggs into a bowl first because of the shell ending up in them and I'm glad I did because little bits of shell did end up in there and I fished them out with a spoon.
I made the scrambled eggs in the small milk saucepan and used soy milk to make them with. I felt a great sense of achievement when they were done!
They were very tasty too!

Yes, scrambled egg is really tasty. I would usually do scrambled eggs when I have some leftover meat or fish. I would shred the meat into tiny pieces.

@sharonelton Yes, it is and I would usually eat this with rice. You know, rice is our staple food in the country.

@ARIES1973 Rice should be a staple food everywhere. It is very good for you, especially brown rice, and I eat a lot of it.

@rakski It tastes a little bit different to cows milk but you get used to it and it's very nice.

With scrambled eggs you can add other ingredients too, although some would consider it an omelet. Have you ever made an omelet? It's basically scrambled eggs and we add onion, cheese but after it's cooked. You can add bacon or other meats cut up like breakfast sausages. Some add mushrooms too.

I made an omelet a long time ago but not recently. Thanks for the tips. I might try that.

I make scrambled eggs all the time, and even have them for dinner quite a lot. I always like to add all kinds of stuff to mine. I usually add onions, meat, mushrooms, cheese, and sometimes potatoes and anything else I can find. They are always very good.
