I Still Have Crushes...

As a grown, married woman I still develop crushes. It changes every now and then. Right now, I am crushing on Norman Reedus, who is famously known as Daryl Dixon in The Walking Dead series. The series itself is a little too disturbing for me, so I was not able to keep up with it. But Norman caught my eye in the few episodes that I watched with him in it. Now he is a main character in a video game, "Death Stranding". He is Sam the porter in a post-apocalyptic earth who navigates nations to help reconnect everyone and prevent extinction of humankind. I have not finished the game yet so I do not have a well-formed opinion on how it really is, but I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised when I saw Norman Reedus. I used to share these crushes with my husband but because this change every now and then, he cannot keep up. Now he says that he is my main crush, and I have side crushes depending on my mood.

If it is any consolation, I am a man. And as such, I am attracted to women. There are a LOT of women I would like to have just five minutes with. Although most of them would only get 30 seconds. lol. What can I say? But I love my wife, and so any "fantasy" I have must be left to a couple of minutes by myself in the bathroom, being VERY quiet about what I am doing.

We just know how to appreciate beauty. Of course my husband always teases me that he looks way better than all my crushes put together. My fantasy with these men crush does not necessarily happen in the bathroom , all I need is to see them (obviously on a TV show) and then my mind zones out and goes to fantasy land.

We're human. I love my husband to bits, but I still crush on some voice actors. So, it's not really so bad. I just don't always tell my husband, because then I'd have to explain the characters. And, he doesn't even know who half the people are.

Same here, I stopped updating him because by the time he finally realizes who I am talking about, I have moved on to the next man crush.

It is normal to have some crushes for me. It is not a crime to be one for being single.

I agree. And there's no harm in admiring someone for something that they are good at, whether in looking good, or their talents.
