Operation Rambo

See? See? It is exactly what I am talking about. Trump can do no right. I've read a few comments and posts about the vaccine accomplishment saying essentially...
Big deal. So what? What did he DO? He signed some papers. Big whoop!
Well, isn't that really what ALL presidents do? Rally the troops to get things done? Provide the tools and money and the leadership to get things done?
I mean, when Obama finally got Osama Bin Laden and was lauded and accoladed for such a great achievement...
By the same standard we'd have to assume he flew Air Force One right into the compound and deplaned with guns blazing in both hands and took Osama Bin Laden out with some fine golden presidential rounds of ammunition.
I am now picturing Obama with a belt of bullets around his neck and someone calling the whole thing "Operation Rambo."
Gosh, if someone can find this heroic footage, I'd love to pop up some popcorn and have a look at it.

If Trump could have overcome the need to say what he's thinking, I would have voted for him.

@porwest When a President can't control what he says and embarrasses the country, I can't stand behind him. Sorry. This is where we can agree to disagree.

@porwest I personally wish that NO ONE would post any political topics. It only leads to name calling and nasty comments.

@LindaOHio I fully understand where you are coming from. Many presidents have embarrassed the country, though, without opening their mouths, and in some cases those embarrassments were far more detrimental to the nation than things said outwardly.
And to be fair, just wait. Biden has been in politics for 47 years. There are VOLUMES of embarrassing sexist, racist, and silly things Biden has said in the past. Maybe we have simply traded for "better" more nicer embarrassments?
I'd be happy to begin writing a series of posts sharing some of those embarrassments. I'd have no shortage of things to share. And I am also quite confident I'd have a lot more to share once he actually takes office.
