Schedule change again!

I'm getting annoyed by this girl at work. They just changed the schedule again because she apparently cant work due to medical reasons. So I suggested they cut her hours if she cant manage it.
She demanded her paycheque 3 days earlier because she couldnt pay her Bill's. I always wonder why people pity these type of people.
Now I get Wednesday and Thursday off.

That is disappointing, especially if you are planning your holidays or time with family. Unfortunately, people with medical conditions need to be accommodated. Cutting her hours is a way of doing it, that way she can still work but will not be detrimental to her health.
Is she always sick? Maybe she needs to go on medical leave and get her health taken cared of so she will be able to work full-time.

@ricki_911 Then she does have a problem. If they are only extending these accommodation to her and not to anyone else, then something's wrong with management.

@Raine38 Constantky changing schedule becaude of her. Legally to an extent they have to. But when its every week.

Our pastor's son has had chron's since he was a teenage. I see what he goes through when he has a flare up. He may miss a day or two from work but he continues to work no matter how much he is hurting. She is using it as an excuse for sure.

I agree I have colitis so usually chrons you dont have severe diarrhea like colitis. She took a week off for a colonscopy. I go she milking this. I agree my friend has chrons and still tries. This girl sits here and does nothing.

This week Mon, Tues and Sat. Now I have Wed, and Thurs. I work other jobs so it may sound oay but i have a jammed pack schedule. I had already planned my days off now I acnt do everything I wanted.
