Ugh, My Arms Hurt

I helped Jay move a huge wood cabinet yesterday, and now my arms hurt quite a bit. I definitely thought my back would hurt more, but it's all in my arms.
I will have to try and rest them today. I really wanted to move that cabinet though, because it was in the way of where I wanted to set up our Christmas tree!
Think I might take a Tylenol or something.
Now, to sip some coffee. Hope you all are well.

im so sorry that your arms is painful try doing some hot compress and rest.
for me im shoulder is very painful because i always carry my 2 months baby and shes already 6.6kg
