Misophonia or irritation anxiety? / myLot

Does it bother you when others play music? It's always bothered me even though I enjoy my own music when I listen.. I've looked into it some and it's either Misophonia or irritation anxiety ...it can literally make me feel anxious or angry when my boyfriend plays loud music in the house but if I do it I feel fine.. Do you have anytime like that?

Generally it does not bother me at all. BUT, if it happens to be Christmas music? In October? Christmas music any day other than Christmas day? Yep. That irritates the hell out of me. I cannot stand Christmas music.

Loud music doesn't make me anxious. It annoys me. I find it insolent if people play loud music in the presence of other people without asking for permission.

I don’t have Misophonia but I the being annoyed by other people playing music but liking the music you play is relatable. I’m fine doing a loud task such as drilling or hoovering but hate listening to someone else do it.

To be honest I love musics. But I prefer using airpods while listening to it. I actually hate it when my neighbors starts playing some music out loud, especially at night. It just ruins my mood and night tbh

I generally love music especially the country and the classics. I love the ballades and the jazz, too. But metallic rock, forgive me, I don't know why it's even called music. It's ear drum smasher.
