Breakfast for a champion

Well, maybe not for every champion . Two slices of bread, I took out most of the crumb, add butter, one egg forneach slice of bread and then melt some cheddar. I just finished it and it was delicious! . I wouldn't mind if most of my breakfasts were like this .

Nice, isn't it? I should add some bacon and I think I saw something about adding grated celery . Yes, yes, I remember, it was a contest between chefs .

@Kasjnak Bacon and cheese is a good pair, I never tried grated celery... may be the big round white celery, it's good with cheese.

Indeed it is. Guess it's not really ok to eat like this every day, but at least 3 or 4 times a week should be fine .

@Cheyee eating 2 or 3 fried eggs every day is not that healthy. It's better if you boil or poach them, still, you shouln't eat more that 10 eggs every week .

Thank you! It was delicious and my wife scolded me because she wanted some too (she was at work whennI ate my breakfast) .

Not this time. Actually, I prefer a glass of natural juice or some mix of fruit syrup combined with still or sparkling water. My mother knows how to prepare these syrups, she is a pro .
