I found a very hard rubber ball.

It is made to exercise fingers, hands and arms. From now on I will start to use it for a few moments in the morning and some minutes in the evening. I cannot let my muscles destroy because I´m lazy. Every morning I wake up with my fingers stiff. Maybe this will help. Do you do some exercises every day?

@marguicha walking or light jogging will do. Also, do some stretches regularly.

I am trying to get in the habit of doing more than one exercise routinely a day. However, I am fairly consistent (weather permitting) on going out to play Pokemon Go. I try to make a goal of getting at least 4,000 steps/ day (some being wheelchair pushes) no matter what I do. Either way, I try to be active.

I walk early in the morning and the stairs are my main exercise inside the house, I have a similar ball, but I forget to use it.

@marguicha I have a set of pedals to exercise my arms and my shoulder. I should use it every day, but I often skip a day.

@marguicha Right. I am the same way if I don’t do my exercises at home I will stiffen up if I sit to long which is not long at all since my surgery
