This Week's Sermon For Sunday, November 22, 2020 (MyLot Exclusive #243)

We shall all be changed—in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. 1 Corinthians 15:51-52 The next last trumpet will blow at noon sharp on Wednesday, January 20, 2021. That's when the inauguration of Joe Biden as the 46th president of the United States will mark the commencement of the four-year term of Joe Biden as president and Kamala Harris as vice president. It's going to be a scaled-down affair due to COVID (Thank you, President Trump, for all the disease that should have been well under control by now). Save the date. Then watch it safely from home. The crowd will still likely be bigly more yuge than Trump's crowd but it would be very difficult to get a crowd smaller than that. ~~~AMEN~~~

@FayeHazel That's just one of the traditions he broke. He also refused to go to the White House Correspondents Dinner and he wouldn't throw out the first ball at the World Series and at the first game of the season. There are probably lots more, too.

@xander6464 Probably shouldn't surprise me. I guess there's a White House tradition of the sitting President unveiling a painting of the former President before him, and of course this one refused. I mean, c'mon how about being a good sport?

The sad thing is that if Joe Biden doesn't do a lot for ordinary people, in 2024, we are going to get someone worse than Trump. Someone who's evil and smart enough to keep it hidden.

@kaylachan You really should give your anti-virus theories to
Got another phone call a few minutes ago. My cousin's sister is now in ICU. In the same hospital as the sister that coded twice last week. She is doing better...

I know. Everyone knows. God carries your picture with him and He shows it to everyone He meets and says, "Look at him. I did that! He's perfect!"
