Another Phone Call ~ ICU

Got another phone call a few minutes ago. My cousin's sister is now in ICU. In the same hospital as the sister that coded twice last week. She is doing better but still has issues, in a regular room. I know, kind of confusing. I keep my distance from the issues but always want to know how they are all doing. My blind cousin called to update me, and said that these two sisters do not speak, and have not for many years. But she talks to both of them, she is the oldest. Very sad. The one in ICU is having lung issues. They are trying to get her lungs clear enough to take her off the ventilator. So far, no success. She is starting to give up. Hoping for the best. Her husband is home, still recovering from his stay in the hospital with COVID. Be thankful for your health everyone.
