I admire the management of Lowe's Hardware store in the way they granted the wish of 4 year old boy Jaxon Maples who suffers from autism.
Jaxon's mother Shauna Rippee sent a request to the corporate office at Lowe's to request that they would do make the dream of her son to visit a Lowe's store since Jaxon admires appliances a lot.
The Lowe's management granted Shauna's request to have her son come visit the Lowe's store in Springfield Missouri so he can enjoy one day being a honorary team member at Lowe's which included giving Jaxon a uniform so he can enjoy his time inside of an appliance store.
The lesson of this story is that all of us have different stores or businesses that we admire and love like Jaxon likes Lowe's over their competitors in the home improvement business.
In my case my nephew likes the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles which he watches on his DVD collection while I like the 1960s Hanna Barbera produced cartoons.
Lowe's will have Jaxon as a fan for life by honoring his mom's request to view their appliance store as a honorary team member.

That is so cool! And how much did that cost them, versus how much it earned them in respect!! More companies should reach out like that!

I agree with you that many more companies should take leaps of faith like this one.

How cool that they made Jaxon an honorary team member. Love the uniform.
