Hello everyone! I don't come here often though I'm not sure if you notice it because of our time zone difference. Well, I just want to greet everyone a good morning! I have been brainstorming on my upcoming project and will literally start it in December. Meanwhile, my hubby and MIL are busy with their new purchase-real estate. So many things to be done: paper works plus a bit of renovation. I hope you are all okay!

no. They just bought a house and lot for us. they work in the office. My husband is in accounting department and my MIL is the head.

That's how I can be, too. I like days when I can get things done or stay motivated to get things done. So far, today was nice. Warmed up enough for me to sweat a little while I was out. My husband has been wearing an undershirt under his shirts for the past week. @Janet357
