Noisy Neighbors

Both of my neighbors are so damn noisy that sometimes i feel like selling away my house and relocate to another place.
Always they both party til dawn in their houses with the loud music volume playing til morning.
It's so irritating at times.
Am a music lover too but not a noisy environment lover.
Am I the only one with such kind of neighbors? sometimes I ask myself.
But how do I deal with this.

The best way is to talk to them first. Let them know you're not comfortable. Of course there are some people who doesn't care. Then just report to the authority. Moving out will be the last option. I can be stubborn too, you know! I might play my music at full volume as well!

Don't you think this is a long term solution for the future.
I am not saying am turning your advice down though. But it won't help me as of now. Maybe in 5 years time
