This one took me two and a half days to complete. My hands were working fast for several hours last night until I had to stop because they were beginning to ache. I love the colors of this one and I think I'm going to call it my peacock shawl because of all the pretty colors. I call the blue one my mermaid shawl.
I may come back and add a black border to this one, but I haven't decided.
As an aside, Is this (link) not the most beautiful yarn? I'm going to have to buy myself some of this. It's a hand-dyed skein and they offer it in worsted.
Link doesn't earn me anything.. and it's not my yarn, but I want it!

Thank You! I do too!
I used the same pattern, but I didn't skip a stitch this time like I did last. Last time I misunderstood the instructions for the last of a row and kept skipping over the stitch that I just finished instead of working back into from the other side.
I will probably make another one so I'll have three to choose between.

@CarolDM Very cheerful colors. I don't think I could wear this without smiling.

Thank You! I really love it. It's brighter in color than what the pictures shows. The yellows are more neon.

@LadyDuck Thank You. This is from a variegated skein of yarn from the Red Heart brand. Their yarn is cheaper but it does come with some snags in it.

Thank You. An old friend saw the picture and said a mustard yellow border would be nice with this.

Yes, that's the only clean surface big enough for me to use at that moment.

@Cheyee I think so. I'd say this is a "medium to large" size. I could add a border and make it a little bigger but it fits nicely over my shoulders.

Aren't they? I had to make a shawl out of this yarn when I saw it. I love bright colors, but I do love earthy tones too.
