I love my job

I love my job and of course I need it. Nobody else would like to live without source of income during this year of pandemic. I just have a problem with the environment. Some people played job politics that I find it difficult to handle. They add up to my burden. Sometimes, maximum tolerance won't work but I'm trying to keep my patience intact.

Will need to do what we do best knowing that there are people within the organization who are not supportive.

That's right. And they're addition to your problems.

I can relate to you. That's the reason why I chose to work at home in the meantime.

That is better. No one will talk behind your back.

@ZedSmart Indeed. In my previous jobs offline, no one dares to do this.

Office politics sucks. There's always the two timers. They won't hesitate to stab you in the back just to get what they want. There's also who think with their mouth, not with their head. Especially when bosses are around. If only I can work from home, life would be much easier for me. But that's really impossible.

@ZedSmart I ignored them as much as I could. Though on some occasion I would still lash out. It's not something I would be proud of, but I just need to get it off my chest.

I would say it's no longer healthy and I'm not also sure how to handle it positively.

Accounting job. It's a small company but I like the flexible time arrangement I enjoyed though some co-employees are frequently hard to deal.

In our country there are still people who live without an income. Their source of livelihood is begging.

That's why I keep my tolerance at maximum level because I can't afford to give up my current job yet.
